Talman Consulting was founded by Brian Rowan to specifically cater for the development of Leaders, high potential executives & Project Teams within the Technology sector. Brian is a Leadership coach and Team Facilitator with over 25 years of experience leading teams in Software & Professional Services organisations. Through coaching, development and facilitation, he helps Organisations, Senior Executives, their high-potential reports & Project Teams to develop the interpersonal and team leadership skills to unleash their creativity, maximize innovation, and achieve outstanding business results.

There is a distinct lack of battle hardened Coaches working within Technical organisations who have personally experienced and addressed the challenges faced by Leaders and Teams within the technology sector. In contrast Brian has set up his own technical start-up Companies, led Professional Services teams to best in class profitability, managed large teams globally while optimising the use of Partners and off-shore development operations. This rarely found mix of operational management and technology sector experience enables Brian to approach coaching within the Technology sector with an insider’s view and hone the development agenda to the specific needs of the individuals and teams being coached.
